This dry mortar production line is used for the mass production of various dry mortars for masonry, plastering, and flooring, and can process both river sand and manufactured sand. The entire system achieves fully automated closed-loop operation of sand drying, batching, mixing, and packaging/bulk delivery. Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system and centralized dust removal device, it meets international environmental protection production standards. It supports customized fixed and mobile installations, featuring accurate metering, uniform mixing, low dust, and easy maintenance, making it suitable for large-scale production in small and medium-sized mortar plants.
Dry mortar mixer is suitable for dry-mixed masonry mortar, plastering mortar, insulation mortar, waterproof mortar and various powder materials.
This fully automatic line works in five stages: sand pretreatment, raw material storage, batching, mixing and discharging.
Sand processing: Wet sand is dried to moisture ≤0.5%, screened and stored in dry silos.
Raw material silos: Cement, fly ash and additives are sealed and moisture-proof, with anti-blocking and pressure relief gear.
PLC batching system: Independent weighing, error auto-correction, alarm and stop for abnormal feeding.
Twin-shaft mixer: Even mixing without segregation, sealed and self-cleaning to avoid cross-contamination.
Discharge & dust removal: Mortar packed in bags or shipped in bulk; full-site dust recycling meets overseas emission rules.
