Cement rotary kiln, also called cement kiln, is a thermal equipment used to calcine cement clinker in cement production line. During the production process, the kiln burner generates heat through fuel combustion, and the heat is transferred to the material through flame radiation, hot gas convection, kiln brick conduction, etc., which promotes chemical reaction between cement raw materials and finally forms clinker. We provide customers with various cement equipment and entire cement production lines. Cement rotary kiln is our hot-selling product with an output of 180-3200 tons/day and a size range of Φ2.5*40m to Φ4.3*60m. If customers have special production needs, we can customize or adjust the equipment parameters.

A large gear ring fixed by a spring plate is installed on the cylinder near the kiln tail, and several small gears are meshed with it below, forming a transmission gear. During normal operation, the main drive motor transmits power to the gear device through the reducer to drive the rotary kiln to operate. The raw material enters the rotary kiln from the kiln tail, and as the kiln chamber rotates, the raw material slowly moves to the kiln head. In this process, the raw material is heated and decomposed by high temperature, and chemical reactions occur. The heat source of the rotary kiln is provided by the kiln burner in the kiln. In addition, the speed and temperature of the cylinder are strictly controlled and adjusted according to different processes and uses. After the clinker is calcined, it is pre-cooled in the kiln chamber and then sent to the cooler for further cooling.
