At present, the installation of the Sichuan petroleum coke dryer project has been basically completed, and it has entered the commissioning stage and will be officially put into production. Users have affirmed the quality, performance, work efficiency and quality of our dryer equipment.

The petroleum coke dryer is a slightly inclined and rotatable cylinder. The wet material enters from the upper part of one end, and the dry material is collected from the lower part of the other end. The hot air enters from the feed end or the discharge end, and is discharged from the upper part of the other end. The barrel is equipped with a forward copying plate, so that the material is continuously picked up and sprinkled during the rotation of the barrel, so that it is fully contacted with the hot air flow, so as to improve the drying efficiency and move the material forward. The heat source for drying materials is generally hot air, high temperature flue gas, etc. It can be selected according to the nature and quality requirements of the material.

Many mineral processing plants face a confusing problem: even with the same processing capacity, some copper concentrate drying lines consume far more fuel and power than others. The energy gap usually reaches 20%–40% in actual operation. The difference i
Utilizing boiler exhaust gas (120°C–180°C) from a power plant as the heat source for a fly ash dryer is a core strategy for reducing costs in fly ash recovery projects. However, three key issues must be addressed in practice:
Freshly washed sand retains too much surface moisture, unsuitable for direct storage, transportation or end-use processing. For sand production plants, professional sand drying equipment is essential to consistently reduce moisture and qualify finished sa
In the slag processing industry, traditional drying equipment often suffers from issues such as low thermal efficiency, rapid heat loss, and poor sealing, resulting in significant energy waste and high drying costs. In reality, the key to overcoming these
