Focus on heavy equipment
Recently, the large-scale sludge dryer complete set of equipment customized by our company for Brazilian customers has been completed. After passing the test, the main equipment has been successfully loaded and delivered, and the subsequent delivery of supporting materials has been properly arranged.

Zhengzhou Jiutian has been focusing on drying for 17 years. The main machine of the sludge dryer adopts our new technology to optimize the combination of the lifting plate, which effectively solves the problems of poor drying effect and sticking to the wall when the traditional dryer is drying high-moisture sludge; A variety of heat source equipment and furnace types meet the individual drying needs of customers of various magnitudes; two-stage dust removal equipment and deodorization system are configured to ensure that the sludge drying exhaust gas meets environmental protection requirements and avoids secondary pollution caused by sludge drying. The successful completion of this project will add new cases for our company to investigate in the South American market.
We will continue to report on the follow-up progress of the Brazilian sludge drying project, please feel free to contact us for more information.
Many mineral processing plants face a confusing problem: even with the same processing capacity, some copper concentrate drying lines consume far more fuel and power than others. The energy gap usually reaches 20%–40% in actual operation. The difference i
Utilizing boiler exhaust gas (120°C–180°C) from a power plant as the heat source for a fly ash dryer is a core strategy for reducing costs in fly ash recovery projects. However, three key issues must be addressed in practice:
Freshly washed sand retains too much surface moisture, unsuitable for direct storage, transportation or end-use processing. For sand production plants, professional sand drying equipment is essential to consistently reduce moisture and qualify finished sa
In the slag processing industry, traditional drying equipment often suffers from issues such as low thermal efficiency, rapid heat loss, and poor sealing, resulting in significant energy waste and high drying costs. In reality, the key to overcoming these
