Fluorite is a very important non-metallic mineral raw material with a wide range of industrial uses: In the metallurgical industry, fluorite is mainly used for steelmaking, ironmaking, casting and smelting. In the fluorine chemical industry, fluorite is used to produce hydrofluoric acid. In the building materials industry, fluorite is widely used in the production process of cement, glass, cast stone and ceramics.
Fluorite dryer is mainly used to dry fluorite powder after flotation. Using dryer to dry fluorite powder can save 30% of energy consumption. The dried fluorite powder has good quality, large output and high added value. The wet material is fed into the hopper through a belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and enters the dryer through the feeding pipe. The cylinder is in an inclined rotating cylinder shape. The material moves in the cylinder under the action of gravity, and directly or indirectly obtains heat from the heat carrier to achieve drying. The inner wall of the cylinder is equipped with a lifting plate to increase the contact area between the material and the airflow and improve the drying rate.
Fluorite dryer performance advantages:
High efficiency and energy saving: adopts downstream drying method, high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.
Uniform drying: the residence time of the material in the drying drum can be controlled to avoid local overheating or uneven drying.
Strong adaptability: suitable for processing materials with high moisture content, and has good adaptability to different types of fluorite ores.

Many mineral processing plants face a confusing problem: even with the same processing capacity, some copper concentrate drying lines consume far more fuel and power than others. The energy gap usually reaches 20%–40% in actual operation. The difference i
Utilizing boiler exhaust gas (120°C–180°C) from a power plant as the heat source for a fly ash dryer is a core strategy for reducing costs in fly ash recovery projects. However, three key issues must be addressed in practice:
Freshly washed sand retains too much surface moisture, unsuitable for direct storage, transportation or end-use processing. For sand production plants, professional sand drying equipment is essential to consistently reduce moisture and qualify finished sa
In the slag processing industry, traditional drying equipment often suffers from issues such as low thermal efficiency, rapid heat loss, and poor sealing, resulting in significant energy waste and high drying costs. In reality, the key to overcoming these
