The CI series impact crusher is developed by integrating the technology of domestic and foreign impact crushers. The rotor and crushing cavity are carefully designed according to the different needs of users, and a large number of new high-wear-resistant materials are used to improve equipment performance and processing capacity. 1. The discharging granularity can be flexibly adjusted
The hydraulic adjustment system is used to adjust the discharge particle size by adjusting the rotor speed and the gap between the impact plate and the crushing chamber, which can reduce labor intensity, shorten equipment downtime, and make operation more convenient.
2. Consumable parts have long service life and are not easily damaged.
The ship-shaped plate hammer design has good impact resistance and wear resistance, is not prone to failure, and has high utilization rate. The whole machine has a long service life, low wear parts, long replacement cycle, strong and wear-resistant, and can reduce costs by 30%.
3. Easy replacement of parts
Only a few blow bars are installed on the rotor of the impact crusher (the equipment of different manufacturers is slightly different). The blow bars can be easily replaced with special tools. The replacement time is short and maintenance is convenient. It only takes ten minutes to replace the grinding rod in the bottom grinding chamber, which greatly reduces the time and cost of equipment inspection and maintenance.
4. Good discharging particle shape and high efficiency
Its finely designed heavy-duty rotor is reasonably matched to the cavity shape, speed and power, which greatly improves the equipment's processing capacity and crushing ratio, improves the equipment's crushing efficiency, makes the discharge particle size more uniform, and the particle shape is more beautiful.
5. Prevent material adhesion and clogging
When materials with a relatively large moisture content pass through the CI impact crusher, the feed trough and impact plate can be equipped with heating devices to prevent the materials from adhering to the impact plate; a bottom screen plate is equipped during the dust removal process to effectively prevent material clogging.
