It only takes ten minutes to replace the grinding rod in the bottom grinding chamber, which greatly reduces the time and cost of equipment inspection and maintenance.

5. Prevent material adhesion and clogging
When materials with a relatively large moisture content pass through the CI impact crusher, the feed trough and impact plate can be equipped with heating devices to prevent the materials from adhering to the impact plate; a bottom screen plate is equipped during the dust removal process to effectively prevent material clogging.
